La Dimora degli Dei è una villa indipendente di circa 120 m² immersa nel paesaggio di Piras, nel territorio di Padru. Pietra, silenzio e orizzonti aperti definiscono l’atmosfera di una casa pensata per chi desidera vivere la Sardegna con maggiore calma.
Gli interni comprendono due camere da letto, un soggiorno, una cucina attrezzata e due bagni. All’esterno, giardino, terrazza e balcone permettono di godere del paesaggio e della vista sulle montagne, accompagnando il soggiorno dal primo caffè del mattino fino alle ore più tranquille della sera.

La Dimora degli Dei si trova a Piras, nel territorio di Padru, nel nord-est della Sardegna. Una posizione appartata, immersa nel paesaggio dell’entroterra, ma allo stesso tempo collegata a Olbia e alle principali destinazioni della costa.
Da qui è possibile costruire un soggiorno diverso ogni giorno: esplorare piccoli borghi e percorsi nella natura, raggiungere il mare oppure semplicemente concedersi il tempo di vivere la casa e ciò che la circonda.

Available on request and subject to our confirmation, subject to the cleaning schedule and subsequent arrivals. We do not offer late check-out beyond 12:00 noon, to ensure the property can be thoroughly prepared for the next guests.
Second bed preparation – €25 one-time fee per stay
For bookings for 2 guests, the rate normally includes the provision of a single double bed. If you wish to sleep separately, you may request that the sofa bed (or bed, if available) be made up for a one-off supplement of €25 per stay, which includes set-up and additional bed linen. This service must be requested and confirmed before arrival and does not apply when the second bed is already included in the booking.
Pets
Pets – €30 per pet, per stay
Please inform us of the number and type of pets before booking. All pets must be approved by us in advance. The fee covers the additional cleaning normally required when pets are staying. We ask that you respect the furnishings and the neighbourhood, collect any waste and leave the accommodation in a tidy condition. Any damage or additional cleaning costs are not included in the supplement.

Extra cleaning and any damage
Professional cleaning is not required before departure. We simply ask that you leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of tidiness, with used crockery put away and rubbish disposed of in accordance with the instructions provided. Should the condition of the accommodation require extra cleaning beyond what is normal for its use, an additional charge may be applied, commensurate with the work actually required; this will be documented and communicated to the guest. Any damage will be assessed separately.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3.30 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am. Any changes must be agreed and confirmed in advance.
When will I receive my check-in instructions?
Before your arrival, you will receive directions to the property and details of how to gain entry. Any access codes will be provided on the day of arrival, during the scheduled check-in times.
Where will I find the keys? Is there a code-operated entry system?
The check-in procedure depends on the accommodation you have booked. The relevant instructions will explain how to receive or collect the keys, or how to use the code-operated entry system, where available.
Can I receive the code and go in before 3.30 pm?
Where applicable, the access code will be provided from 3:30 pm. Early access is only possible if requested and confirmed by us in advance. In that case, the code will be provided at the agreed time.
What should I do if my flight or ferry is delayed?
Please let us know as soon as you know your new arrival time, so that we can agree on how you will enter and update the necessary instructions.
There are two of us and we’d like to sleep in separate beds: is that possible?
Yes. For bookings for two guests, we normally provide a single double bed. On request, we can also provide a sofa bed (or a bed, subject to availability), for a one-off supplement of €25 per stay, which includes additional bed linen. This request must be agreed and confirmed before arrival.
Can I request an early arrival or a late departure?
You may request to check in from 1.00 pm or to check out by 12.00 noon, subject to a surcharge of €25 per service and per accommodation. Both options are subject to availability and confirmation by the property.
Can I bring my pet?
Please contact us before booking, stating the number and type of pets. Pets must be approved by us before booking. An additional fee of €30 per pet, per stay applies.
What should I do with the keys when I leave?
Please follow the check-out instructions you have received for your accommodation, which will explain how to return or store your keys and any access badges.
I can’t access the property. Who should I contact?
